I was born in the lively town of Mandeville, Jamaica, in 1967, where I was immersed in a vibrant cultural atmosphere that sparked my love for stories. Surrounded by the island’s rich traditions, I quickly fell in love with its legendary storytelling heritage.

My love for storytelling runs as deep as the Caribbean Sea. Over the years, I’ve carved out a unique voice in contemporary fiction, blending genres like romance, historical fiction, mystery, and magical realism. Every novel I write captures the complexity and magic of Caribbean life.

My literary debut was in 2015 with REDEMPTION SONGS, a gripping Caribbean family saga that introduced readers to a strong female protagonist. My next novel, FRIENDSHIP ESTATE, is a provocative exploration of what might have been—a utopian vision that challenges the bitter legacies of colonialism.

My latest work, I AM CUBA, boldly explores generational stories set during the Cold War. It blends action, adventure, romantic fantasy, and a touch of magical realism. This mix has become my literary trademark.

Inspired by my Jamaican roots, I craft narratives that transport readers across time, place, and emotion. Each story I tell reflects the rich culture that influences my writing, honoring the storytellers who came before me and the colorful world that fuels my creativity.
